My friend's Japanese roommate moved out and we found his flashdrive underneath his mattress. This essay was on it. In its original text, I copied it here. This is some of the best Engrish I have ever read and I'm sure you'll get a kick out of it, too. As you can see, he got bored half way through and just copied crap from Wikipedia.

My topic is HIV. I hope for NO HIV. NO HIV is healthy. I think HIV is a big problem. Because, many people have been killed by HIV. I am interested in it because I don’t know about it. So, I need to study about HIV.
I interviewed ten American people. I interviewed at around places. For example, I went to at the café, parks halls and my room. They were so kind to me. Therefore, I could get a good opinion. Also, I examined about HIV with the Internet.
The first, I examined about HIV. Then, I was sum the matter up succinctly. It was difficult because I felt difficult the word of the HIV. But, I can study for myself.
Then I am interviewed American people because I need to information for interview. So this interview was going smoothly.
I interviewed on 20th. I asked directly an American student and my friend. I interviewed 10 people.
I said, “Do you know about HIV?” Most American people said “Sure”. Especially, “It is an awful disease. I know much.” My friend’s Tom said. I surprised about this answer because Same Japanese doesn’t know about it. I felt American does know it than Japanese.
I said, “How do you help an HIV person?” My friend’s Sarah said, “By giving support. Other than that I’m not sure what all you can do. And they must take a lot of medications.” I thought American is so kind. And the American knew they are needed to help.
I said, “Is HIV danger to many people?” My roommate’s Matt said, ’’It is dangerous to many people. Especially one is sexually irresponsible or unsafe, or if one is not careful about using sterile equipment during piercings. And Joey said, “Use shared needles and people who has an protected sex.” My idea is only to sexually active people. Most American student had a same idea with other American.
I said next too. “How do you press for reforms to be made about HIV? My friend’s Joey said, “The new health reform should help.” Also said, “Parents should teach their child to safety sex.” My friend’s Mikenzie said too,” I’m not sure other than voicing your opinion for a bigger movement towards a care. And speak out publically. Also I want to ask change in the law. ” The American has one’s opinion. My idea is schools need to teach about condoms to middle school and high school students.
I said next too, “Do you think many people have been killed by HIV?” My roommate’s said, “ Many people have been killed by ADIS which develops HIV.” Most American people said,” million.” I surprised. I can’t fantastic about million.
I think HIV is bad to have and therefore is bad. But we need to try stopping the HIV. So I should study about HIV more and more.
I said my question, ”Do you think the problem will resolve it self?” My friend’s Jody, Jaycees, Mark, Kirsten, Mikenzie, Joey and Matt said,” NO.” Because they know it. Example, Mikenzie said, “ No, it will depend on support and finding a care.” Joey said, ”No, need to be contained.” Kirsten said, ” No, people need to knew how to not spread HIV.” I felt HIV is not self.
I said my question, “Can you empathize with an HIV/ADIS patient?” My friend’s Matt said “ Probably not too much, as I have never been very sick.” Also, my friend’s Mikenzie said, “I can empathize, thought I could not even imagine.” Joey said too, ”No, because I have never had any disease as serious.” IPA’s Kari said, “No, I don’t know how scared they must be.” I felt this question was pros and cons. But many people thinking function of the one’s.
I said, “Do you think HIV is bad?” My friend’s Kirsten said, “Yes, it kills many people and is very horrible disease.” Most American people had a same idea. My friend’s Sarah said, “I think HIV is bad.” But Joey had a difference idea. He said, “I think HIV is so bad. But my answer is no. Because HIV is not deadliness. HIV is bad. I think it is an accept fact. But we need to it is accept that HIV is imminent. I think HIV is so bad and it’s none of my business. I felt I should throw one’s old fixed idea away. I want to help for HIV patient sometime.
I said,” Are you scared of HIV?” Mikenzie said, “I am scared of HIV for its hosts, bur for my personal sake I am not scared of it.” Joey said, “No, because I have unprotected sex.” Jody said, ”No, we need to be a ware and do research for a cure.” And IPA’s Kirsten said, “ No, because I am safe when I am with a problem.”
I felt American student’s idea of HIV is very same from mine. Especially I think we all have hope for health. Therefore I hope
for change in the law. I think law is important ward. And I felt I should study more about cost, movement, cure and medications.

Scientists believe HIV came from a particular type of chimpanzee in Western Africa. Humans probably came in contact with HIV-in faceted blood through hunting and eating these animals.
These are the most common ways that HIV is transmitted from one person to another.
・ Having sex with someone who is HIV-positive.
・ Sharing needles or injection equipment with a user who is HIV-person.
・ From HIV-positive women to their babies-before or during birth, or through breastfeeding after birth.
HIV also can be transmitted through transfusion of infected blood or blood clotting factors. However since 1985, all donated blood in the United States has been tested for HIV. The risk of infection through transfusion of blood or blood products is extremely low.
UNAIDS and the WHO estimate that HIV/AIDS has more than 25 million people since it was first recognized in 1981, marking it one of the most destructive pandemics in recorded history. Despite recent improved access to antiretroviral treatment and care in many regions of the world. The HIV/AIDS pandemic claimed an estimated 2.8million (between 2.4 and 3.3 million) lives in 2005 of which more than half a million (570,000) were children.
In 2007, between 30.6 and 36.1 million people were believed to live with HIV/AIDS, and it killed an estimated 2.1 million people that year, including 330.000 children: there were 2.5 million new infections.
Sub-Sahara Africa remains by far the worst- affected region, with an estimated 21.6 to 27.4 million people currently living with HIV/AIDS.
Two million (1.5-3.0 million) of then are children younger than 15 years of age More than 64% of all people living with HIV/AIDS are in Sub-Sahara Africa, as more than three quainter of all women living with HIV/ AIDS. In 2005 there were 12.0 million (10.6-13.6 million) HIV/AIDS orphans living in Sub-Saharan Africa 2005. South & South East Asia is second-worst affected with 15% of the total. HIV/AIDS accounts for the deaths of 500,000children in this region.
South Africa has the largest number of HIV/AIDS patients in the world followed by Nigeria. India has an estimated 2.5 million infections (0.23% of population), marking India the country with the third largest population of HIV/AIDS patients.
In the 35 African nations with the highest prevalence, average life expects tansy is 48.3 years-6.5 years less than it would be without the disease.
